Donor Tree Packages are sized to fit walls that are approximately 8’ high. However, if your available space is larger or smaller, let us know and we can modify the design to make sure it fits and looks great on your wall. CLICK HERE to fill in our intake form to get your donor tree underway!

Note that all donor elements are shipped at a flat rate of $75 total, regardless of how many pieces are in the shipment.

Do you have your own artwork or design idea that you would like to submit? We encourage you to get creative, however due to production concerns certain graphic consider.
Minimum Thickness of Wood: 0.25" (7mm)Please ensure each element of your custom shape is at least 0.25” thick (7mm). For example if you have a Tree silhouette, make sure its tree trunk is at least 0.25" thick. We need to ensure that when each wooden accent is cut out, each component is thick enough that it won’t snap. We also need to ensure there is enough surface area to apply adhesive
Overall size of Custom Wood Accents must be at least 2" x 2"Please ensure your custom shape wood accent is at least 2" x 2", whatever shape it may be. If it is any smaller we may run into production concerns.
Engraved Graphics Minimum Line Thickness: 1 pt thick (0.5mm)Please ensure any graphics or lines are at least 1 pt thick. It is possible to engrave a thinner line, however it appears very faint and light in color.
Minimum Font Size: 8 ptsPlease ensure any font is at least 8pts in size. It is possible to engrave smaller text, however it appears very faint and light in color.
When you have your design finalized, please submit the artwork as a vector Ai, Eps, or Pdf file. You can upload your file during the personalization section of the check out process. Or you can email your files to sale@eclipseawards.com.

Once we have discussed your vision, your budget, desired quantity and timeline a graphic designer will be assigned to your order to create two totally original award concepts for to to review. You can choose your favorite design to refine and develop further until we have arrived at a custom award perfectly suited for your event or special occasion.
Once we have determined the final details of your Original Concept award design (such as size, materials, decorative options, quantity), we can provide you the final cost of each award. When you proceed with the production of your custom award design a $250 credit will be applied to your order.
